Chris & Elaine welcome you to our house which overlooks Loch Harport on the wonderful Isle of Skye. We have 3 comfortable double bedrooms (en-suite) and can accommodate up to 6 adults

All our rooms are centrally heated, with satellite TV, hospitality trays, hairdryers, fluffy towels and king-size beds.

We have lived on the Island for the last 6 years. Chris used to own the pub on the Pier in Uig but decided to concentrate on our bed and breakfast. We love meeting people from all parts of the world and have made many friends over the years. This is our home. We have a small cat (Baby), rescued from a shelter, who does not get on with children. We like sharing our experiences with people and encourage our guests to interact with each other. That is what being on holiday is all about. Consideration for other guests is expected at all times. We want everyone who stays to have a quiet, peaceful time with us.

Having lived on the island for many years we can advise you on things to do, places of interest to visit and restaurants to eat at to help you have an enjoyable stay.

We live in the centre of Carbost village, a few minutes walk from Talisker Distillery and The Old Inn which serves meals and the local ales and whiskys. Live music is often played during the season.

We are about 15 minutes drive from The Cuillin mountains so whether you come to walk, climb or just relax, we are the ideal base for your stay on Skye.
